What makes a TikTok Ads account eligible for the program.
For an account to qualify, the advertiser must be:
- Net-new to TikTok — either never advertised on TikTok before, or completely inactive for at least 180 days (zero spend of any amount during that entire period). Reactivations don't count.
- Spending at least $250 USD per calendar month — this must be maintained throughout the programme. Drop below this and the account loses eligibility.
- Integrated with the TikTok Marketing API — must be set up and kept active.
- Integrated with TikTok Pixel or Events API (or both) — same deal, must stay active throughout.
- Not enrolled in the TikTok Agency Advantage Program or any other TikTok incentive program related to SMBs or ad sales.
- Created through Opteo Portal — accounts set up outside of Portal aren't eligible, no exceptions.
Eligibility window
Each account is eligible for the programme for up to 365 days from the date they were onboarded.
The clock starts the moment the account is created through Portal.
Quarterly reporting
Each quarter, you'll need to send Opteo a short report confirming programme activity. This is how eligibility is tracked and verified.
